Beacon Day Treatment – River Rouge, MI

• Renovation to reoccupy an existing 75,000 square foot school facility that was not in use for four years.  Renovations, equipment upgrades, and repairs were completed to meet the State requirements to reoccupy the facility, and to meet the Client's program.

Asher Adult Education – Southgate, MI

• Prepared contract documents including site design to obtain the necessary permits from the State and City to allow placement of portable classrooms at the Asher school facility.
